No its actually real paint, it just looks crappy cause I took the picture with a web-cam lol. I did try to sharpen it with photoshop because it was only a webcam picture but its really acrylic.
Well when I first saw the photo that's what I thought, like she would be looking at a man like that, it was a sort of dreaming of you type of expression.
